Showcase · React Native in France

French apps built with React Native.

Health, finance, transport, public services: French apps you may have on your phone are written in React Native. These are the ones a source confirms: a public one, or one of our own missions.

Short answer

This page lists 20 mobile apps from French companies and public bodies whose use of React Native is documented in public: Doctolib, Alan, Ledger, pass Culture, Mediapart, Ornikar and others. Every entry links to its evidence, whether that is published source code, a post on the company’s engineering blog, one of its job postings, or an interview with one of its developers. An app does not make the list because it looks like React Native; without a verifiable source, it stays off. For three of them, Mistral AI’s Vibe (formerly Le Chat), WeWard and Epsor, the source is a mission run by a senior from the useffect.sh collective, and the card says so. The list changes when a source appears or goes away, and any company can ask for an addition or a correction.

How the list is built

An app makes the list when a public, checkable source says it is built with React Native or Expo: its source code, the company’s engineering blog, one of its job postings, or one of its developers speaking on the record. Many interviews come from Le Cross Platform Show, the French-language React Native podcast. An app rewritten in native code since then is removed. Three entries rest on our own missions, and each of those cards says so.

Your app runs on React Native and isn’t here?

Send us a public link that shows it: a post, a repo, a job posting or a talk. We add it once checked. Same for a correction.
